What are classes like?

Classes are 45 minutes and include a warm up and cool down. The workout format and specific moves vary each class and include total body, cardio, and resistance exercises. 
Hand weights, bands and steps may be used.  Moves are completed at timed intervals and easily modified for all levels of fitness.  
Run club on Thursdays is a free running group and does not require a membership or sign up.

Move HIIT!

This class is a great foundation for ANYONE who wants to get a great workout in! It incorporates strength training and cardio in alternating rounds throughout this 45 minute class using an  timer. Exercises are designed to sculpt your whole body using your own body weight, dumbbells, bands, and steps.

The repetition of the rounds of exercises are designed to get your heart rate up, while also burning out each muscle group. A guaranteed good time!

Strength W/ Steph

Through a combination of functional movements, resistance training, and targeted exercises, you'll unleash your inner strength and unlock newfound levels of power and endurance. Each session is thoughtfully curated to ensure maximum effectiveness, with a focus on proper form, technique, and safety.

Rebounding fitness, also known as trampoline fitness, takes traditional cardio to new heights by incorporating the dynamic movements of bouncing on a mini-trampoline. This low-impact, high-energy workout offers a host of benefits for both body and mind. You will not pee your pants! :)

Strength Circuit

Welcome to our Strength Circuit Class – the ultimate fusion of power, endurance, and transformation! On Saturdays we complete 4 rounds of varied and unique moves to challenge your whole body! Prepare to defy your limits and ignite your fitness journey with our dynamic and results-driven workout experience.
